Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Light Horse Association Limited will be held at Currumbin RSL – 165 Duringan Street, Currumbin QLD, on the 15th May 2021 commencing at 1.00pm. (COVID – 19 permitting)
BUSINESS
1. To confirm the minutes of the 2020 AGM
2. To receive and consider the Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for the year ending 31st December 2020.
3. To elect Directors.
4. Appointment of an Auditor.
5. Ratify 2021/2022 Membership fees

Nominations –
All nominations for the position of Director or any other position on the Board must be received at the company office no later than the 4.00 pm on the 1 May 2021. They must be signed by the Nominee and 2 other Financial Members of the Association.
Notices of motion
All notices of motion must be received in writing at the Company Office by 4.00 pm on the 1 May 2021.
Proxies
All proxies relating to any motion must be received at the company office not later than 12.00pm on the 12th May 2021.
